Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T0612) role rting hourly rate: $17.25 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, move freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service is worked back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-Up with compliance to applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong guest service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in hours, days, and shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; quickly resolve guest questions.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; occasional climbing of ladders may be required.
• Comfort with handling cash and operating check-out or point-of-sale equipment.
