Sales Consultant Part-Time

Overview

Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer, seeks part‑time Sales Consultants to deliver world‑class service to every guest. Candidates will create engaging in‑store experiences, drive sales, and represent Victra’s culture of performance, collaboration, innovation, integrity, and celebration.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with peers and store leaders to share ideas and resolve customer issues.
• Act as a passionate guest advocate, connecting guests to technology and making it simple.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Minimum age 18 with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University program within two weeks of start date, which may include overnight travel. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
