Salary: $60,000–$80,000+ annually (hourly + monthly performance incentives)

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll partner with a Helper to install a wide range of systems and equipment from various manufacturers. Our projects span residential retrofits, new construction, hearth systems, water heating solutions, and emerging technologies, offering variety and challenges to keep you sharp.

$60,000–$80,000+ annually (Base hourly pay + monthly performance incentive bonuses). Pay is based on your skills, certifications, and experience.
