Computer Aided Design Drafter
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced CAD Drafter.

- Prepares drawings and visual aids using CAD software (AutoCAD)
- Creates and updates technical, engineering, and architectural drawings
- Collaborates closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design specifications are met
- Revises drawings based on feedback and maintains documentation for all projects
- Ensures accuracy and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Applies prescribed standard techniques and procedures to perform tasks within established criteria
- Works with engineers and other professionals to produce drawings that meet client or project specifications
- Performs routine technical work and exercises judgment on details of work
- Records data and maintains filing systems as assigned
- Collaborates with engineers to verify total design meets customer needs
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- 7+ years’ experience of technical CAD required
- 5+ years’ experience in AutoCAD required
- Experience in CAD 3D drawing programs (e.g., Inventor) is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting preferred
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Aided Sciences preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work independently or in groups and is self-motivated
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
