Job DescriptionThe Robertson County YMCA is Now Hiring for an Executive Director
Pay Range: $76840 per year to $96,050 (depending on experience)
What You’ll Do:- Lead the YMCA in achieving its mission while fostering inclusion and diversity.
- Build relationships with community leaders, organizations, and businesses.
- Ensure exceptional member service, program delivery, and facility safety.
- Drive fundraising initiatives, including the annual giving campaign.
- Develop and manage the Center's budget, meeting or exceeding financial goals.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a strong team of staff and volunteers.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - Experience:
3–5 years in a director-level YMCA position. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
- CPR Pro/First Aid/AED (within 30 days).
- Adult Mental Health First Aid (within 6 months).
- YMCA Team Leader or Multi-Team/Branch Leader certification preferred.
