Important:
This position is available only on 2nd shift. Applicants must be able to work the scheduled shift, as well as overtime and weekends when required.

Pay Rate: $19.30/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $20.30/hour through scheduled increases:

• $18.80/hr starting pay rate per hour
• $19.30/hour after 480 hours worked
• $19.80/hour after 960 hours worked
• 2nd shift receives an additional $0.50/hour for 2nd Shift Differential

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our manufacturing team as Material Handlers. In this role, you will be responsible for moving and handling materials throughout the plant while supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment. This position requires for the associate to be able to lift up to 50lbs of product at a consistent pace throughout the duration of the entire shift.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, and capable of performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
• Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday)
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to meet or exceed established production standards
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to safety
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Move and handle materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Meet or exceed established production goals and standards.
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors and team leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Learn and perform multiple positions within the department.
• Support departmental and plant objectives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Use hands and fingers to handle materials and equipment.
• Reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance regularly.
• Possess sufficient vision capabilities, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
