As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care in line with accepted standards, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide resident care and direct nursing care during your shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, and education of nursing personnel.

• Active, in‑good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an LPN in a long‑term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting preferred.
