LPN - Med Surg

This is a full-time position with one opening for Day shift and one for Night shift.

• Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development and the care of patients appropriate to their age group.
• Contributes to nursing assessments by collecting, reporting, and documenting data.
• Assists the Registered Nurse in developing the patient’s individualized plan of care.
• Provides patient and family education based on the plan of care and identified needs.
• Performs technical skills and procedures within the scope of licensure.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Current LPN licensure.
• Current IV push certification.
• Maintain current BLS certification or obtain it prior to the completion of orientation.
