Registered Nurse / Week Night RN On Call

$6,000 sign‑on bonus! $73,000 - $78,000 yearly (depending on experience).

Role:
An on‑call registered nurse responsible for nursing care of patients according to physician orders, scheduled to work on weekends and/or after hours on weekdays.

• Make patient visits each week; resolve issues via phone when possible.
• Be available for work‑related phone calls during scheduled after hours and weekends; accept calls unless assisting a patient or speaking with patients/families.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate total patient care and nursing care plans for each patient.

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation.
• Required nursing experience; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and patient/family teaching.
