Join Tri Star North Crest Medical Center as a Staff Registered Nurse – Med Surg. The role supports acute care and delivers excellent patient care in a therapeutic environment.

Base pay range: $37.13/hr – $41.30/hr.
Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 day shift, $20,000 night shift.

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs and implement physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• Document and communicate patient condition using computerized documentation systems.
• Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Identify nursing problems and plan individualized patient care utilizing an interdisciplinary approach.

• Registered Nurse from an accredited nursing school.
• Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum one year of registered nurse experience; acute care RN experience preferred.
