Job Title: System Validation Laboratory Specialist

Location: Springfield TN

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday — Friday, 7:00 AM — 3:30 PM

We are seeking a System Validation Laboratory Specialist to support our Electronics and Digital Development teams in testing and validating electrical systems for cooking appliances. This role will focus on software validation, plán.

• Perform functional system validation testing and end-to-end software validation on electronic control systems.
• Conduct software testing using established validation protocols and report any issues or discrepancies using Jira or other issue‑tracking tools.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineers to improve system design and functionality.
• Execute quality control checks on electrical components and assemblies to ensure product reliability.
• Develop and maintain detailed test logs, validation plans, and documentation.
• Support flashing and configuration of electronic controls as needed throughout the R&D process.
• Assist with training new validation team members and support cross‑functional testing initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and lab procedures.

• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology or related field required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of hands‑on experience in electronics testing or validation within an R&D or lab environment.
• Experience in software validation, software testing, and issue tracking (Jira preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, ideally in home appliances or consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with quality control methods for electrical components.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
