• Restaurant Manager - $63,000 to $80,000 (plus bonuses)
• District Manager (2-3 restaurants) - $83,000-$113,000
• Division Manager (6-9 restaurants) - $109,000-$138,000

• Invest in Waffle House stock via payroll deductions (eligible after 90 days or upon promotion)
• Annual Stock Options based on income percentage
