Multiple RolesAll team members are cross-trained and expected to be able to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift.
Responsibilities- Guest Service:
Welcome every guest, build lasting relationships, and ensure a positive guest experience. - Food Service:
Prepare, sell, or assist guests in finding food items while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency. - Problem Solving:
Understand needs, take action to find answers, resolve issues, and communicate improvements. - Cleaner & Fresher:
Maintain a pristine environment and uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety. - Cashier:
Read and respond to guests, operate the register, stock, clean, and support promotions. - Host/Hostess:
Create an engaging environment from entry, assist with Made to Order program, guide guests, and promote loyalty programs. - Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and recipe integrity; manage ordering and inventory as needed. - Barista:
Prepare handcrafted beverages and manage payments and cash drawer; training provided.
