Full Time - Loader/Cart Associate - Opening

• Be friendly, professional, and engage customers to help answer questions.
• Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise.
• Assist customers and staff in moving merchandise safely.
• Load merchandise into customers’ vehicles and replenish shelves.
• Perform general safety duties and lift heavier items when necessary.

• Full-time or part-time availability; generally 39–40 hours per week for full-time, up to 25 hours for part-time.
• Flexible to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts on any day of the week.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance; may lift more with or without assistance.

• 6 months of experience using a computer for data entry, modification, or retrieval.
• 6 months of experience using retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to obtain required sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

• 6 months of retail experience.
• 6 months of loader experience at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
• 6 months of experience in any Lowe's retail department.
• 6 months of retail merchandising experience (e.g., zone recovery, stocking, pricing, signage, housekeeping).
• 6 months of experience carrying, loading, or unloading items in vehicles across any industry.
