We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual who wants to be part of our sales team. The role is an entry‑level part‑time management position that will sell shoes and other products while leading the sales team when you are the manager on duty.
Base pay range$12.00/hr - $14.00/hr
What you will do- Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience
- Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers
- Ring up sales on computer, take cash, and process credit cards
- Help re‑stock the sales floor
- Keep the store neat and clean
- Teach others how to do all the above
- Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience
- Make deposits at the bank
- Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives

- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank
- Willing to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager
- Willing and able to open/close the store knowing you may be alone in the store
- Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25‑50 pounds
