Outside Sales Representative

Empire Today is looking for a driven, energetic, and helpful sales professional to work as an Outside Sales Consultant in Springville, TN.

The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity, with Outside Sales Consultants on average earning $50k - $70k the first year, and top performers earning well over $100k.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs.
• Representing a quality brand in the industry serving customers for over 60 years.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Using electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
• Presenting professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.

Qualifications include:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions.
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
• Presentation of professionalism, including in Empire branded apparel.
