Timberland Partners’ Legacy Village in Springfield, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to own general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance for a 212-unit community. You’ll help create an outstanding living experience for residents and support safety and quality standards.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM with rotating on-call;
Pay range $25–$27/hr plus quarterly bonuses based on performance and service.
