Spherion Vermont is seeking to hire a Program Services Clerk for our longtime client in Springfield. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a warm working environment with individuals who are committed to improving the lives of Vermonters.
Responsibilities- Customer service, by phone and in person
- Filing documents in client files - electronic and physical files
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Making copies, printing, and scanning documents as needed
- Supporting staff and community partners
Working hours:
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Prior experience in a full-time administrative position
- High School
- 1-4 years
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Microsoft Word and Outlook proficiency
- The ability to learn quickly
- Detail oriented administrative skills
