Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care

Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care in Springfield, Vermont. Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 10/27/2026 for a Weeks-long duration with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay is $1,824–$1,897, with Evening and/or Overnight shifts. Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring accuracy and safety; document in the electronic health record.
• Monitor resident status with regular vital signs, assessments, and observation; report changes promptly to the supervising RN.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, nutrition support, and wound care; maintain resident comfort and safety.
• Perform routine procedures within scope and facility policy; support infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans; provide clear handoffs to the next shift.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and privacy standards.

• Active Vermont Practical Nursing license
• Ability to work Evening and/or Overnight shifts
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
