SummaryHII’s Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting‑edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This Facilities Coordinator position supports Enterprise‑Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations. The program will launch in early 2026 and will require an active TS/SCI security clearance.
What you will do- Coordinate the construction, installation, or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for the assigned area.
- Maintain contact with and direct contractor representatives, assisting in resolving discrepancies in design specifications.
- Verify labor expended and materials used, inspect projects for conformance to engineering standards, codes, building techniques, and safety practices.
- Estimate percentage completion of projects and advise designated individuals of cost status.
- Facilities Coordinator 1:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 0 years experience. - Facilities Coordinator 2:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years additional education and/or related experience. - Facilities Coordinator 3:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 4 years additional education and/or related experience. - Facilities Coordinator 4:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 years additional education and/or related experience. - Prior experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
- Proficiency with specialized tools or software aligned to the role.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start.
- May require working in an office, industrial, or laboratory environment.
