What You'll Be Doing:

Support NGA Executive Committee, or EXCOM, decision-management activities by tracking decisions, actions, deliverables, milestones, and follow-up requirements to promote organizational alignment and timely execution.

Coordinate with government and agency stakeholders to collect, validate, organize, and maintain information associated with executive decisions, meetings, and related activities.

Review decision memoranda and other executive materials to ensure they contain sufficient detail for accurate, standardized data capture and follow-on action.

Plan, schedule, and support senior-level meetings, forums, and events, including conference-room reservations, teleconferences, video teleconferences, briefings, agendas, and read-ahead materials.

Use Microsoft Office and approved collaboration tools to create, maintain, and update calendars, schedules, trackers, standard operating procedures, reports, briefings, and other informational products.

Collect, manage, and disseminate records and materials in accordance with applicable NGA instructions, security requirements, and information-management procedures, including approved transfers across authorized networks.

Develop reports, metrics, assessments, communications products, and standardized data-capture tools to support governance, decision management, performance monitoring, and process improvement.

Assist the Government lead in establishing schedules, milestones, execution plans, and solutions for staff and administrative management issues; exercise independent judgment in resolving or escalating problems.

Provide clear, professional customer service and communication to leaders, team members, managers, customers, and mission partners regarding work status, requirements, risks, issues, and recommendations.

Support cross-functional projects, provide backup to teammates, and complete special assignments or ad hoc taskings while managing multiple priorities and adjusting work hours as necessary to meet mission requirements.

Required Clearance:

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information, or TS/SCI, clearance.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, public administration, communications, information management, or a related field and 8+ years of related professional experience. Experience performing staff officer, executive staff, governance, decision-management, or comparable mission-support functions.

Experience supporting senior leaders, executive-level meetings, or complex organizational processes.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications to create and manage schedules, trackers, reports, briefing materials, and other executive products.

Experience managing complex and disparate datasets and using information to identify trends, support analysis, and inform recommendations.
