- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Toyota or other OEM certification preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills

- Virginia State Inspection License a plus
- Perform a variety of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Accurately document repairs using dealer and manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Deliver outstanding service that keeps customers coming back
