What You Will Do:

The TSA Strategic Support Analyst supports TSA senior leadership through the development of executive communications, briefing materials, presentations, talking points, and strategic decision-support products. The analyst serves in a Front Office environment, partnering directly with leadership to prepare executives for high-visibility engagements, communicate organizational priorities, and facilitate informed decision-making through clear, concise, and visually compelling artifacts.

What You Will Need:

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD  PUBLIC TRUST ; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

Bachelor's degree FIVE (5) or more years of experience in strategy, communications, supporting executive leadership, or program management. Experience should include:

Demonstrated experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations, briefing materials, talking points, speeches, and strategic communications products.

Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to create visually compelling, executive-ready presentations from limited or highly technical information.

Strong executive writing skills, including development of leadership communications, decision memoranda, briefing documents, and stakeholder correspondence.

Ability to rapidly synthesize information from multiple sources and transform it into concise executive products.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience supporting TSA, DHS Headquarters, component Front Offices, or C-suite leadership organization

Previous experience serving as a Chief of Staff support analyst, executive communications specialist, or strategic communications advisor.

Experience developing briefing books, executive engagement packages, congressional support materials, and leadership communication strategies.

Experience creating executive dashboards, infographics, and data visualizations for senior leadership audiences
