Why You’ll Love This RoleAs a Project Manager at Exterior Medics, you’ll own the full lifecycle of exterior remodeling projects—from contract execution through final completion. You’re not just managing schedules and materials; you’re guiding people, solving problems, and ensuring projects are executed with clarity and care.
You’ll work closely with field crews, subcontractors, sales, and inspectors to deliver projects that are safe, profitable, and well-coordinated. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, value strong communication, and believe details matter, this role will feel like home.
What You’ll Do Project Execution & Coordination- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Review contracts, work orders, and scopes to fully understand project requirements before execution.
- Schedule installation dates and coordinate material ordering and deliveries.
- Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and inspection requirements from start to finish.
- Coordinate with sales, field teams, and customers to manage scope changes and project adjustments.
- Schedule and oversee field crews and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Confirm subcontractors are fully executing their contracted scope of work.
- Perform job progress checks, punch lists, and final walkthroughs to confirm completion standards are met.
- Support and reinforce Exterior Medics’ safety culture on all assigned projects.
- Assist with planning and implementing safety procedures in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Ensure workmanship meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide clear updates, set expectations, and address questions or concerns professionally.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in residential or exterior construction project management (roofing and siding preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Comfort using technology, digital project tools, and CRM systems.
- Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Comfortable working at heights and on active construction sites.
- Ability to walk, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
