About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless daily branch operations, deliver superior customer experiences, and uphold compliance standards while supporting branch leadership.

• Process and approve teller transactions accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Support branch operations, scheduling, and performance management.
• Assist customers with banking needs, promoting digital banking solutions.
• Resolve daily operational and customer issues effectively.
• Identify potential risks or fraudulent activity and take preventive action.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or issue resolution experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Cash handling and retail compliance experience preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays and in a fast-paced environment.
