SAA Floor Attendant

Position: SAA Floor Attendant (1719)
* Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies, practices and procedures
* Provide extraordinary customer service consistent with The St. James’s brand standards
* Greet our guest ENTHUSIASTICALLY
* Explain the Active Entertainment Center floor and patron policies
* Handle and enforce waiver policies
* Perform all other related duties as assigned
* Support the safety of all members, guests and employees.
* Must be 16 years of age or older
* Ability to provide excellent guest service in person and over the phone
* Availability nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to speak in front of groups
* Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
* Ability to inform guests of rules
* Ability to handle money
* Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
* Demonstrated multi-tasker with a commitment to superior guest service.
* Ability to work a very flexible schedule that will include late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision required
* Knowledgeable of safety training, procedures and best practices used throughout the sports and wellness industry.
