Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role based in Jacksonville, Florida. The Loan Officer will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, provide expert advice to identify the best loan options, and facilitate the timely completion of mortgage applications. Responsibilities include evaluating client financial profiles, building relationships with real estate professionals, maintaining compliance with lending regulations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivation, organization, and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems and proficiency in financial software.
  • A valid mortgage loan originator license in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, business, or a related field.
