• Assist with developing, delivering, maintaining, justifying and defending the agency’s annual budget.
• Assist with ensuring the Current Working Estimate of projects for supporting agency contracts are consistent with program and budget submissions and reflected correctly in the Business Plan and supporting budget documentation.
• Provide on‑request budget and budget execution updates to the team.
• Assist with coordinating with agency managers in Program and Budget Development and Budget Execution Reviews to ensure agency requirements are properly programmed in the out‑years (POM). Planning shortfalls are identified for resolution.
• Assist with coordinating with agency resource managers to ensure the agency budget is properly managed during the current year of execution.
• Assist with delivering and managing the execution of the agency budget to include aligning, executing, and accounting for all resources.
• Accomplish a 100% obligation rate while ensuring all policies are followed.
• Assist with drafting and delivering spend plans to the agency that meet or exceed obligation goals.
• Assist with creating and monitoring all funding documents into PRISM and ensure timely execution.
• Provide the team assessments and recommendations on matters pertaining to the annual budget and its execution.
• Assist with preparing and delivering to the agency any pertinent budget planning or execution information necessary to support their financial management requirements, to include POM build, budget cuts, and other associated periodic data calls and requests for information.

• Bachelor’s degree within business/financial related fields of study, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated specialized expertise with organizational budget preparation and management.
• Demonstrated specialized experience with DoD or IC financial management.
