With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel professional like you to do just that. As a intelligence staff officer you use your specialized technical and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop analyses, assessments, plans and recommendations to give your client the context they need to deliver services to their military customers.

As an intelligence staff officer on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment to develop workforce professionalization and career field management plans. You’ll explore new data sources and facilitate interaction among interagency partners to develop plans to enhance training, career pathing, qualification, and mission-talent alignment of GEOINT analysts. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers.

As the authority on your topic, you will guide your client and their customers with critical recommendations, often with tight deadlines.

This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like interagency cooperation, strategic business planning, policy analysis, and change management. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.
