Job Opportunity: Dev Sec Ops  Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Dev Ops infrastructure engineer to support our clients as they modernize their IT infrastructures and meet their most challenging missions. As a Dev Ops infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you'll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions.

You'll apply your skills within a Dev Ops framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks to further your clients' meaningful missions. With access to our internal innovative labs, there's no better place to further your skills and explore different ways of solving our clients' challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions
• Establish or provision virtual machines or networks
• Work closely with cloud architects and engineers

Requirements:

• Experience in software engineering, including with Dev Ops
• Experience with Bash or Python scripting
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Git Hub Actions or Git Lab CI
• Experience with AWS services and Cloud-native architecture patterns
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including AWS CDK, Terraform, or Cloud Formation
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation and with disaster recovery
• 3+ years of experience with containerization and container orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
• Experience with serverless architecture, including API Gateway
• Experience in full-stack web development, including React or Node.js
• Experience with system design, including scalability and reliability
• Experience with Dev Ops monitoring, logging, and alerting, including Cloud Watch or Prometheus
• Knowledge of container security and runtime protection
• Knowledge of security best practices, compliance requirements, compliance automation, and continuous monitoring
• AWS Certification, including AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification
• IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification, including Security+ or CISSP Certification
