Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) / Publicly Available Information (PAI) Targeting Analyst at the Senior-level.
Responsibilities- Provide support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, CT and or counter proliferation.
- Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
- Enable the F3
EAD targeting cycle driving Intelligence collection support to target development and production.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies with four (4) years at the operational level.
- Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred.
Note:
experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e., reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience. - Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology.
- Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
- Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
