Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics; CRMA Developer

InDev is seeking a Senior Salesforce CRMA Developer to join our elite team of Salesforce experts. In this role, you will be a self-starter responsible for gathering requirements directly from stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions, and delivering high-impact dashboards. You will design intuitive and interactive dashboards using CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) and Tableau, leveraging your skills in data modeling, ETL (Recipes, Dataflows), SAQL scripting, and visualization best practices.

A key focus will be on delivering a user‑friendly interface that allows for quick learning, seamless navigation, and ease of use in creating and viewing dashboards.

In addition to building analytics solutions, you will act as a lead and trusted advisor providing recommendations to guide the analytics product roadmap, training stakeholders to develop their own dashboards, and supporting a citizen‑developer culture. Your role will be pivotal in ingesting structured data from multiple sources, integrating it effectively, and ensuring stakeholders have actionable insights to drive decision‑making.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes (Recipes, Dataflows), and integrations to ensure accurate and scalable data ingestion from multiple structured sources.
• Deliver a user‑friendly interface for dashboards and reports that enables quick adoption and easy use by organizational leadership.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards with advanced functionality, leveraging SAQL, filters, actions, and drill‑downs.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and storytelling to drive actionable insights and informed decision‑making.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to stakeholders, enabling them to independently create and manage dashboards.
• Act as a lead and trusted advisor, providing recommendations to drive the analytics product roadmap.
• Support Agile development cycles by delivering iterative, demonstrable solutions and fostering innovation.
• Support future integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with other external systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow, interoperability, and alignment with program requirements.

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience implementing technical solutions in an Agile environment.
• 8+ years of specialized experience.
• Proven expertise with Salesforce CRMA/Tableau CRM OR Tableau, and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL (Recipes, Dataflows), structured data ingestion, and SAQL scripting.
• Demonstrated success in building interactive, user‑friendly dashboards aligned with business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.

Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and will be required to pass a government background investigation. Candidates with active TSA and/or DHS clearances preferred.

• Experience working in a Federal environment, preferably Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and/or Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
• Active DHS clearance, preferably with TSA.
• Additional preferred certifications:
  Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional.
• Salesforce CRMA certification.
• 5+ years of experience focused on Salesforce development using Apex and Visualforce, 3+ implementing in Platform, Service and Experience Cloud.
