7) [CLIN
0003 Full Time] for the Federal Law Enforcements Agency space at approved locations including OCONUS. Most of the work will be performed at the Agency’s Office of Training, Quantico and Stafford, Virginia, to support an engagement for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency.
Provide a Federal Law Enforcement Agency with Personnel Recovery (PR) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to further its existing Personnel Recovery (PR) Program. The engagement includes training that involves a one‑day Academic Resistance Laboratory Training (ARL), a bi‑annual Backcountry Skills Week, and development of a ten‑day Personnel Recovery Emergency Preparedness (PREP)/Foreign Affairs Counter Threat (FACT) curriculum. SMEs will suggest new policies, conduct inter‑agency coordination, and provide training and operational support to personnel that may be isolated or detained while deployed OCONUS.
The team will provide training to the Agency Personnel, Task Force Officers, the Agency’s Emergency Support Function (ESF‑13), Other Government Agencies (OGAs), and foreign host nation counterparts. SMEs must be familiar with Department of State (DoS) Smith Training, High Threat Security Overseas Seminar (HTSOS), Serving Aboard for Families & Employees (SAFE), FACT, and FEMA NIMS. They will recommend inclusion in inter‑agency MOAs/MOUs and support the Agency’s Office of Training in both CONUS and OCONUS deployments.
This is a Full‑Time Pro Sidian employed W‑2 position with commensurate benefits and a competitive salary. The ideal candidate will support the Training/Logistics Specialist Program Analyst role, adhere to agency policies and regulations, and assist daily staff and management with training and logistical preparations.
All Personnel Recovery Training/Logistics Specialists will support the Agency’s Office of Training in developing recommendations that improve system integration. Responsibilities include logistics, accountability, control, and maintenance of operational equipment, ammunition, supplies, and training functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the DEALS System is required.
Responsibilities also include gathering, writing, editing, and proofing all content and information for training requirements. The role will develop a full range of materials to support operational capabilities and interoperability with OGAs, including classified and unclassified communications and equipment support.
Pro Sidian employees are not supervised by agency personnel. Working hours are 6:00 am–6:00 pm Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Telework is not authorized. Extended hours may be required.
