TENICA is looking to hire a Python developer with the curiosity and technical foundation to support the development of AI agents. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance w/CI poly. Responsibilities:
* Design and implement Python-based tools and utilities
* Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for use in AI/ML pipelines
* Collaborate on developing AI agents, including integration and orchestration logic
* Work with technical leads to understand requirements and translate them into code
* Research and apply modern Python libraries related to data manipulation, APIs, and automation
* Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code
* Support iterative testing and improvement of agent behavior
Qualifications:
Education and/or
Experience:
* Proficiency in Python with 2-5+ years of hands-on experience
* Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, or strong interest in learning quickly
* Experience with data processing tools (e.g., pandas, Num Py)
* Comfort working with JSON, APIs, and automation workflows
* Prior experience in a secure or classified environment is preferred
* Clearance: MUST HAVE active TS/SCI with CI poly
