As a Senior SharePoint Developer at D2, you’ll play a key role in shaping the way our customer manages, shares, and protects critical information. You’ll design, build, and enhance SharePoint solutions that streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and drive mission success.
You will:
- Lead the analysis, design, and hands‑on development of modern, web‑based applications
- Use your 3–5+ years of SharePoint 2013 or higher experience to create and customize workflows, forms, templates, and automated processes
- Build and support all core SharePoint components including sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, lists, libraries, workflows, security groups, permissions, and custom features
- Work with 3rd‑party SharePoint tools and applications to extend functionality
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear documentation and communication
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate mission needs into functional requirements
- Work with SharePoint Online technologies, including the Power Platform and modern web parts
- Utilize Power Shell scripting to automate and enhance SharePoint management
- Bring an understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificates
- Leverage Microsoft certifications (preferred, but not required)
Education
BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
Qualifications
- 10+ years of SharePoint development experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to work on site at the customer location in Springfield, VA

- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $170k‑184k. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above‑stated range.
