ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Are you a talented developer with a passion for building seamless system integrations and enhancing the Service Now platform? We're looking for a Service Now Developer to join our team and help shape the future of IT service management by connecting external systems with Service Now through modern, scalable APIs and middleware solutions.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on across the full stack — designing, developing, and modernizing system integrations that support business operations and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You’ll also have a direct impact on improving performance, compliance, and the user experience of Service Now solutions.

• Build and maintain integrations between Service Now and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clean, effective technical solutions
• Review and modernize existing integrations to improve reliability and performance
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation
• Ensure solutions align with security standards and platform best practices
• Contribute to other technical and support tasks as needed

You’re an experienced, detail-oriented developer who enjoys solving problems and working across multiple technologies. You’re a self-starter, a strong communicator, and comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• OR Associate degree with 6+ years’ relevant experience
• OR High school diploma/GED with 8+ years’ relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM modules
• Experience building, testing, and deploying solutions in classified environments and across security domains
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving Priority 1 and 2 issues under tight timelines

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
• CompTIA Security+

• Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
• Exposure to ITOM
  , ITBM
  , and CMDB modules
• Knowledge of Agile
  , Dev Ops
  , and continuous integration practices
• Familiarity with identity and access management (LDAP, SSO, SAML)
• Experience with Discovery, Event Management, and automated testing (ATF)
• Excellent documentation, facilitation, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and remote support tools

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $130-140k.
