Senior RPA Solutions Architect

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Senior RPA Solution Architect to join a dynamic player in the federal government sector bringing cutting edge IT solutions. This is a full

- time position offering GREAT hybrid flexibility out of Springfield, VA.

• Lead the architectural design and development of RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.
• Work closely with compliance and security teams to ensure all automation solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, particularly within the DHS environment.

• 6+ years of experience in RPA solutions development and implementation (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or related)
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DHS EOD Public Trust Clearance (TSA preferred).

• $145,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)
• GREAT hybrid flexibility – onsite 1-2 days per week for a meeting then you get to return home.
