As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll be the cornerstone of this mission, ensuring the security of crucial data, optimizing IT infrastructure, and simplifying business processes through cutting‑edge software systems.

• Guide scrum‑team through all sprints of a program increment, removing impediments and championing the team
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events
• Track and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and management
• Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs
• Assist product owners with backlog grooming
• Determine and remove impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goals
• Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity
• Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation
• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
• Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
• Assist with internal and external communication
• Assist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well‑defined acceptance criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
• Experience leading Agile Scrum teams in a cloud environment
• Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops  and/or software/application development processes
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Atlassian Agile Products; specifically JIRA and Confluence
• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start and must be able to obtain a CI Poly

• 5+ years of experience working within the DoD or IC Community
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
• Scaled Agile Framework for the enterprise (SAFe) Agilist Certification
