We are seeking an experienced Senior Exploitation Specialist to join our team supporting GEOINT operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background in data analysis, geospatial intelligence, and software development, with a proven ability to independently manage complex projects in a dynamic environment. • Lead data exploitation efforts, including in-depth data exploration, cleaning, and analysis to support intelligence mission objectives.
• Develop and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Utilize geographic information system (GIS) tools and geospatial packages such as Geo Pandas and Shapely to analyze location‑based data.
• Collaborate on deploying AI/ML models into operational systems, enhancing geospatial analysis capabilities.
• Manage project workflows using version control systems such as Git Lab, ensuring code quality and reproducibility.
• Support the integration of geospatial data with other intelligence sources and contribute to GEOINT collection strategies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt solutions to evolving mission requirements.

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in data analysis, data mining, and visualization, particularly using Python and SQL.
• Strong proficiency in statistical and general‑purpose programming languages relevant to data analysis.
• Proven experience managing technical projects with minimal oversight.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to undergo a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with code repositories such as Git Lab.

• Over 5 years of experience with Python focused on data analysis.
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Grafana, Databricks, or JEMA.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Hands‑on experience with Syntasa platform.
• Expertise in analyzing geospatially enabled data and deploying AI tools into operational software.
• Understanding of GEOINT collection processes and system architecture.
