Description

We are seeking an L4 TS/SCI-cleared Office Manager / Staff Office Supporter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tracking and management of internal and external taskers for a national security client.
• Prepare weekly tasker tracking reports for Analysis Leadership.
• Review tasker submissions from different organizations, assess quality and content, assign to relevant groups/offices, and prepare responses for leadership.
• Prepare staff packages for leadership in accordance with tasker guidelines.
• Generate and update spreadsheets or SharePoint sites, track deliverables, and ensure all forms adhere to agency/directorate guidance and policy.
• Provide office-level operational support and assist in the development and management of Inter-Agency agreements.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience with agency tasker systems such as N-CERTS.
• Proficiency with Adobe PDF software.
• Experience supporting project execution.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
• Bachelor’s degree with 11+ years of office management experience or 19+ years of relevant experience without a degree.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of NGA organization and mission sets at the directorate level.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of DoD functions, products, and technologies.
• Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and DoD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels.

Security Clearance Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to pass a CI polygraph.

Salary Range: $93,980+ based on experience and qualifications.
