Network Administrator

This travel-based role is pivotal for ensuring seamless network operations across multiple sites, providing hands‑on support and maintenance of network infrastructure. • Configure, install, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform field service tasks including punch downs, circuit installations, and closet setups, traveling to various sites as needed.
• Support and troubleshoot VoIP and telephony systems, ensuring high call quality and system uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve network performance issues using a methodical, root-cause-driven approach.

• Over 5 years of hands‑on experience in network administration, field support, or related IT infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network components such as switches, routers, and circuits.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, cabling standards, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of VoIP and telephony systems.
• Ability to travel.
