Responsibilities- Manage all phases of program and project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Support financial planning and budget execution
, including documentation and tracking of funding actions. - Ensure programs meet established goals for cost, schedule, performance, and risk management
. - Coordinate with stakeholders across technical, financial, and contracting teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences.
- Utilize project management tools and software to support tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
- Contribute to acquisition strategy development, contract planning, and milestone reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
. - 15 - 20 years of experience managing NGA programs or projects, including acquisition and budget activities.
- Familiarity with federal budgeting, funding documentation, and acquisition lifecycle processes.
- Understanding of program management principles, including scheduling, performance measurement, and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency with general office and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
- Experience with NRO programs or projects, including acquisition and budget activities
