Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of program and project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Support financial planning and budget execution
    , including documentation and tracking of funding actions.
  • Ensure programs meet established goals for cost, schedule, performance, and risk management
    .
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across technical, financial, and contracting teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to support tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Contribute to acquisition strategy development, contract planning, and milestone reviews.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
    .
  • 15 - 20 years of experience managing NGA programs or projects, including acquisition and budget activities.
  • Familiarity with federal budgeting, funding documentation, and acquisition lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of program management principles, including scheduling, performance measurement, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency with general office and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with NRO programs or projects, including acquisition and budget activities
