This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5

ISR systems.

HII's Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting‑edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. We are seeking applicants for an Administration Generalist opportunity that will support our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise‑Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations.

The selected candidate will contribute to a high‑impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission‑critical systems and environments. The program is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required.

We are hiring multiple Administration Generalists and the salary will depend upon experience. All positions will be onsite in Fort Belvoir, VA.

• Perform as a generalist completing administrative tasks in areas such as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development.
• May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports.

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Master's in related field; or high school diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clearance: A TS/SCI clearance is required.

• Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
