Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Systems Engineer on a contract providing Network and Cybersecurity services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. The team will work together to support transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains at various locations worldwide, including new facilities and building constructions to support the IC mission.
Responsibilities- Collect requirements from stakeholders and determine the best implementation solution.
- Schedule/attend Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss design and implementation details.
- Coordinate implementation approach and timeline with technical and project management staff.
- Identify and remediate potential implementation conflicts of CDS technologies across the Enterprise.
- Respond to and resolve service outages, technical queries, and other system-related issues.
- Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and deliver technical presentations.
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Degree and Years of
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Six (6) years of applicable experience.
- DoD Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II.
- Experience with Linux operating systems; understanding of general operating system security practices, TCP/IP networking, and network security concepts.
- Experience working with Cross Domain Solutions and operationally supporting CDS technologies on the NCDSMO approved products list.
