As the top-ranked Service Now solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing Service Now for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

• Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable
• Work in an Agile manner
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Develop the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
• Perform custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
• Carry out unit testing and defect resolution
• Carry out migration of the changes to production
• Assist with technical design and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Service Now that support business requirements

• 5 years of experience with Service Now development or administration experience
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in Service Now
• Service Now Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification

• ITSM experience
• Custom application development experience
• Bachelor's degree

• An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $143,700—$199,600 USD.
