Description
We are looking for a Level-3 TS/SCI-cleared Security Specialist to join our team. Candidates must have hands-on SAP experience along with solid knowledge of physical security items such as Co-Use agreements, understanding ICD
705 (conducting site assessments), program protection, and classification management. This role is aligned to SPG which supports, produces, and secures CAP intel. SPG has recently ingested a SAP; knowledge of SAP in addition to program security parameters and program protection is essential. CAP knowledge under IC906 is a secondary focus where understanding of the environment is essential to support such programs.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience, including >3 years within DoD/IC; experience must include >2 years of SMS and CAC.
- Significant experience in distinct functional or cross-functional security areas (e.g., personnel, physical, industrial security; computer investigations; classification management; operational security; security education, etc.).
- Experience may be broad-based, crossing multiple markets (e.g., government, industry) and may include relevant certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
- Experience directing the activities of security specialists as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Program Security Officer experience in addition to SAP processing involving SIC/JADE account lookups and creation; knowledge of submitting accesses for SAPs, maintaining SAP training, records, etc.; experience with indoctrinations, access management, and IC policy and directives.
- Must obtain DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification IAW DoD Manual 3305.13M within 1 year of service start date.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Active TS/SCI
$94,830+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
