We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager Support in Springfield, VA that can operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment of a publicly-traded company.

The Project Manager (PM) Support provides support and assistance to the Project Manager. The PM Support personnel consistently provides excellent customer service to accounts and represents client needs and goals to ensure quality.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Configuring the client's Intelligent Technology Management System (ITMS) site as needed (i.e., equipment updates, rate plan updates, cost center updates, system user maintenance).
• Assist the PM's with:
  • Client communications, conflict resolution, and contract compliance on client deliverables.
  • The client's database: ensuring accuracy and assisting in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for clients as requested.
  • The client's inventory: ensuring accuracy and assisting in building/updating inventory.
  • Reviewing client deliverables (i.e., Service Level Agreement [SLA], Key Performance Indicator [KPI], reports) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
