** Job Summary
** The
** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
** supports Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. This includes patient care management, communication, and maintaining an organized care environment.###
** Essential Functions
*** Prepare patients for exams, verify information, and record medical history.
* Take and record vital signs; escalate critical cases to the Provider.
* Perform point-of-care testing (e.g., flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG, HCG).
* Administer medications and treatments under Provider supervision.
* Perform immunizations, nebulizer treatments, TB tests, and visual acuity screenings.
* Maintain and stock exam rooms, front desk, and reception areas.
* Manage medical records and scan documents to patient files.
* Answer phone calls and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
* Conduct patient follow-up calls and maintain reception area.
* Perform opening/closing duties, including cash handling and securing the building.
* Complete daily equipment checks and submit repair tickets.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.###
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*** Basic nursing duties and clinical judgment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to treat all individuals with fairness, respect, and cultural sensitivity### ###

** Requirements
* ** Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program (required)
* 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
* Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state (required)
* ** Basic Life Support (BLS)
** certification (required)
