As an LPN, you will visit patients in their homes, providing nursing care under the supervision of RNs and in accordance with physicians' orders.

• Valid state driver’s license
• Automobile liability insurance
• Dependable transportation in good condition
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions
• Current LPN license in the state of employment
