DescriptionSummary:
Responsible for assisting in all aspects of field operations by performing the following duties.
- Performs weekly service on contracts.*
- Performs seasonal opening and closing of pools.*
- Completes quality control punch list.*
- Assists in different phases of construction service and renovation.*
- Installs winter covers.
- Performs other duties as needed or requested.
We're Hiring! No Experience Needed – Training Provided!
Town & Country Pools is looking for Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our team. No experience? No problem! We provide full training. Experience is a plus but not required.

- Starting at $18/hour during a 2-4 week provisional period
- Increases to $20/hour after provisional period

The Role
As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping pools clean, safe, and well-maintained. No experience required—training provided. Ideal if you enjoy working outdoors, being active, and taking pride in your work.
What We're Looking For- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work until the job is done
- Comfort working in all seasons and weather conditions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Monday–Friday, some Saturdays during peak season
- Hands-on work with power tools, gas-powered machines, and hand tools
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
